The afternoon kicks off our industry tabletop showcase! An alternative to tradeshows, the tabletop is a meet-and-greet event that is open to all. For manufacturers and suppliers, the Okanagan Design Expo tabletop showcase event is celebrated for creating a casual and intimate setting that is an ideal opportunity to connect and showcase your newest products & services with qualified professionals and specifiers in the booming Okanagan industry!

- 2026 OSID Industry Members are entered into a draw at the ODEX event and if your company name is drawn you will receive complimentary table top exhibitor space in the following year 2027 ODEX event
- OSID Industry Members are entitled to their company logo posted on the OSID website under our Industry Members tab with links to their website for one calendar year
- OSID Industry Members are the first to know about any and all OSID membership events happening throughout the year and are welcomed to partner on CEU events with OSID
- OSID Industry Members are acknowledged and thanked for their support on the OSID socials with a thank you post once a calendar year.

- Receive (1) one exhibitor table approx. 5' long x 2' wide *sizes may vary due to stock availability
- Company name with link included in exhibitor list on OSID website
- Opportunity to include a handout for every registrant at your table as a take-away
- Complimentary admission for (1) one company representative
- Complimentary Lunch provided for (1) one company representative with manufacturer / industry colleagues on vendor patio
- Opportunity to donate a door prize which will be drawn at your table
ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVES - $100
- Admission for (1) one company representative is included, but additional reps are welcomed at $100/per additional representative and
- Complimentary lunch is provided with your ticket for additional rep (1) with manufacturer / industry colleagues on vendor patio

BAR TICKETS FOR LIQUOR SERVICE DURING TRADESHOW - $10/ea
- During the Table Top Tradeshow the OGC fully serviced bar will be up and going and if you wish to purchase tickets in advance for yourself or to give to select designers or clients attending pls feel free. This cost can be added to your cart. Tickets will also be available on site at the event.
ADD POWER AT EXHIBITOR TABLE - $30/ea
- Please note that we have limited powered table locations so if you need power at your table please pay for it below so we can assign you a position to accommodate your needs. First come first served.
LUNCH AT THE VENUE PRIOR TO SET UP - INCLUDED
- We acknowledge that many of you will have travelled many miles to join us for the day and that the event location is not close to a bunch of food services, so this year we are offering a complimentary serviced Lunch provided with the other manufacturer/industry colleagues on the vendor patio
